It’s soft, classy and fun. I love it and would like to buy more!

Sweater is very comfortable to wear.
However it is unfortunate that you get charged for a bag you never asked for and for transaction fees that should be included in the operation costs of the company.
Transparency is key. And surprises when you receive the detailed bill, even if it’s not a big amount makes you feel cheated. I understand it’s a small company, but increase your prices instead or be transparent. Also think sustainability, not everyone needs a paper bag.
