Shipping Policy
We offer a Free Shipping option on all eligible orders. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. French-York is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
Undeliverable packages:
Undeliverable or refused packages are subject to return shipping cost that is based on the shipping method used for the original order. Undelivered orders will be processed as return. For that reason, please make sure your shipping address is valid before checking out. A $9 charge will be applicable for undeliverable or returned orders that were eligible and shipped via free ground shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the customer. As customs policies vary by country, we are unable to estimate or control these fees.
