The team was quick to fix the issue of my missing hat and even thought mfully also included a cute tote bag as a token of appreciation. I bought two pairs as gift and for myself and ordered them shipped. When I received only 1 pair, I messaged the store and they were very responsive. I was able to pick up my other pair and they put it in a nice gift bag for me. The socks are so soft and the navy/midnight blue shade is very pleasing!
